Providing a team of quantum experts and preparing the contractual entitlement to a US$300m variation which involved extensive re-programming and cost assessment. The entitlement surrounded a fundamental change to the FEED from production of 750k bpd to over 1 million bpd. The client Petrofac, following further changes to the scheme, was finally awarded an additional US$450m.
