This project saw a new 6.3m Dia gravity fed sewage tunnel constructed 41km from Abu Dhabi to a water treatment pumping station at Al Wathba in the desert. There were three main sections of tunnels awarded to Impregilo and Samsung C&T Corporation which were completed by TBM supplied by Kawasaki Heavy Industries. Working with Samsung C&T (T-01 16 Km) on all post contract and commercial matters. Including the drafting of contractual letters in response to variations and co-ordination of matters including, shaft access, site handover and contractual management of suppliers and sub-contractors.
