• Claims and Dispute Management: As the Claims and Dispute Manager, all contractual matters were handled with precision. This role required overseeing the resolution of disputes and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Management of Extension of Time Claims: Led a small team responsible for producing and consolidating five extensions of time claims for loss and expense. These claims, with a total value exceeding Dhs 2Bn, were meticulously prepared and submitted to the Abu Dhabi claims committee.
