Inter Refineries Pipelines (IRP II)

Working for Dodsal one of the major sub-contractors on the IRP project it became necessary to introduce a senior commercil manager and claims writer to monotor and document changes to the scheme. The changes were considerable introducing new dedicated pipelines to the project scope and overall capacity necessitating re-programming, re-design of pumping stations and the need to process variations and extension of time claims. The team was based in the contractors site office in Mussafah and continued on the project for a period of 24 months carrying out commercial management, quantity surveying and claims preparation services.
