Cranmore School Remodeling

This project involved the extensive remodeling and reconfiguration of Cranmore School. Works were procured under a JCT contract and consisted of adjustments to improve the school entrance, dining hall, science laboratories, new classrooms and external works. The work was complicated, needing meticulous planning, tree preservation and co-ordination so that the school could continue in full operation whilst the work was completed. The service provided was pre and post contract quantity surveying and contract administration. Success – the work was delivered on budget at £3.4m with minimal disruption and completion ready for the new school year beginning in September.
