Abu Dhabi Midfield Terminal

Providing a small team of quantity surveyors working for a key sub-contractor on airside infrastructure that included taxiways, aprons, service roads, lighting and drainage. The main duties included preparation of claims for delay and disruption due to site co-ordination with other sub-contractors as well as all post contract duties including the management of payments, risk items and disputed variations. Success – The final account was agreed and all outstanding claims and disputed variations settled amicably.
